Storage: Keep frozen at or below -12°C (0°F). Do not refreeze after thawing.

COOKING & PREPARATION:

1. Remove the frozen Beef Bone Marrow from the packaging.

2. Place the frozen marrow bones on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil or baking paper.

3. Preheat oven to 220°C.

4. Season lightly with salt, black pepper, garlic, or herbs as desired.

5. Roast from frozen for 25–35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bones, until the marrow is soft, bubbling, and lightly golden on top.

6. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

7. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or as an accompaniment to steaks and roasted vegetables.
