COOKING & PREPARATION:

1. Thaw the Scallops:

– Remove the frozen scallops from the packaging and place them in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container.

– Thaw the scallops in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. This gradual thawing method helps preserve their quality and texture.

2. Rinse and Pat Dry:

– After thawing, rinse the scallops under cold running water to remove any ice crystals or freezer burn.

– Gently pat them dry with a paper towel to eliminate excess moisture.

3. Seasoning (Optional):

– Season the scallops with your preferred herbs, spices, or a marinade. Common seasonings include garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.

4. Cooking:

– Jumbo Scallops can be cooked using various methods, but two popular options are pan-searing and baking:
