COOKING & PREPARATION:

1. Thaw the beef cubes: Bring the cubes to Room Temperature:

– Remove the beef cubes from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Allowing the cubes to warm up slightly ensures more even cooking.

2. Searing method:

– Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

– Add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan and allow it to heat up.

– Once the oil is hot, add the thawed beef cubes to the skillet, ensuring they are in a single layer.

– Sear the beef cubes for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they develop a brown crust. This will help lock in the juices and enhance the flavor.

– Remove the cooked beef cubes from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

3. Stir-frying method:

– Heat a wok or a large skillet over high heat.

– Add a small amount of oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable or canola oil.
