COOKING & PREPARATION:

Frozen minced beef can be cooked directly from frozen or thawed before cooking for easier separation.

• Pan-Fry / Sauté: Heat a pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Add the minced beef and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully browned and cooked through.

• Stir-Fry: Add the minced beef into a hot wok or pan and cook while stirring continuously until the meat separates and is evenly browned.

• Sauces & Stews: Add the minced beef into pasta sauces, curries, soups, or stews and simmer until the meat is fully cooked and tender.

• Burger Patties / Meatballs: Thaw the minced beef in the refrigerator first, season as desired, shape into patties or meatballs, and cook until thoroughly done.
