COOKING & PREPARATION:

1. Boiling Method:

• Bring a pot of water to a boil. The amount of water will depend on the quantity of frozen Udon noodles you’re cooking.

• Add the frozen Udon noodles to the boiling water. Use a fork or chopsticks to gently separate any noodles that are stuck together.

• Boil the Udon noodles for about 1-3 minutes, or until they are heated through and tender. Be careful not to overcook them, as Udon noodles have a delicate texture.

2. Microwave Method:

• Place the frozen Udon noodles in a microwave-safe bowl. Add a small amount of water to the bowl to help steam the noodles.

• Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap.

• Microwave the Udon noodles on high for about 2-4 minutes, stopping to stir the noodles halfway through. The cooking time may vary depending on yourmicrowave’s wattage.

3. Stir-Frying Method:

• Thaw the frozen Udon noodles by placing them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Gently separate any noodles that are stuck together.

• Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.

• Add the thawed Udon noodles to the pan and stir-fry them with your choice of vegetables, protein, and sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are heated through and well-coated with the flavors.
