COOKING & PREPARATION:

Preparation from Frozen

Thawing (Recommended)

Remove crayfish meat from packaging.

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or place sealed in cold water for 20–30 minutes.

Drain and pat dry before cooking.

Quick Use from Frozen (No Thawing)

Rinse lightly under cold water to remove any ice glaze.

Add directly to hot dishes and cook for 3–5 minutes, just until heated through.
